Never ever use Purple Parking at Heathrow!! On our return we rang them, as arranged, to say we had landed and were making our way towards the baggage hall ..... this was at 19.25. Despite a further call to them, we were not collected from the bus stop at Terminal 1 until 20.33 ..... 1 hour 8 minutes later, and we then had to go to Terminal 3 and collect more people until the minibus was full to bursting. From the time of the first phone call until the moment we actually got back to our car took 1 hour 52 minutes. Far far quicker by London Transport!!
