I will never use Mr Clutch again. I had my 328 BMWs clutch replaced by them. The quoted me £240 on the phone but when i dropped the car off it went up to £290. Then they rang claiming the flywheel needed replacing too.. This was a further £400. As i needed the car the following day i payed the bill (almost £700) and took the car away. 2 days later i was cleaning the engine bay of my car when i came across a lump of metal about the size of a match box lying in a engine.... on further inspection i found this had come off my block. Mr clutch had crossed threaded the gearbox mounting bolts and snapped off one of the mounting brackets from my block. Before taking the car back i had BMW check it over and they gave me a quote of £5200 to put in a new block. Mr clutch have admitted it was them but as yet have only offered my a free service and mot to the value of £300.
