Got the Dell Studio Slim (Dual core, 6GB RAM) from Dell UK. Well got it as in, got it eventually delivered.

When I ordered it online (it takes quite a while to configure your own pc online), the order went through fine. However the money was not deducted from my account for 2 more days. Worried I contacted them back via their site's chat service. Got a call back saying that they had shelved the order altogether as apparently the 64 bit XP I ordered was not compatible with the wireless LAN card I had opted online. Left me wondering, why it allowed me to pick it in the first place, if it was not compatible. Also most importantly why did I have to contact them and the other way round.

They made me reorder the whole lot, with a compatible driver. It took them 3 more weeks to deliver.

I would have given ZERO ratings if not for the product being really good. Customer service (and experience) is but missing altogether. Wouldn't recommend. Woundn't buy again.
