I bought a new Seat Ibiza on the scrappage scheme, only to be told that the car I was going to part exchange was not included in the scheme as it had recorded damage (cat C).
Two days after taking delivery I received an email from the government saying it was included. I spoke to the sales person and finally the head of business who stated it wasn't their problem and when I aired my disapproval his response was "we sell 4500 cars a year, we will always have some customers that aren't happy"
