Would agree with all other comments about poor customer service, etc. Calling by telephone is very very difficult and emails will take 24 hours to be answered, the answer is then often useless and seems to generally to have been dealt with by the YTS trainee who is polite but couldnt give a monkeys....
I ordered a Quinny package for £700, and Kiddicare cancelled the order due to 'Inconsistencies' (I can only imagine this is because I chose the items to be delivered to my in-laws, but I cant be the only person to do this, can I??!!) - However funnily enough, shortly after the order was cancelled the price went up by £100 - what a coincidence...Anyway, I am still waiting for the £700 to become available again at my bank account so I can purchase elsewhere, which is very annoying.

I wont be taking my chances with this outfit again thanks.
