Last October I ordered flowers for my wedding for 17th February of this year. A week before the wedding I phoned Blooming Delightful just to confirm the booking, and was told that although they could still do my flowers, they were changing the delivery date to two days before my wedding rather than the day before as prearranged. I was unhappy with this incase they didn't stay fresh, and also was unhappy that they didn't contact me to let me know this, but went ahead anyway.

Then just a day or two before the delivery was due, they phoned me to say that they couldnt do my wedding flowers after all due to Valentines day demand!! I pointed out that i had had my flowers booked for 4 months, but they said there was nothing they could do other than send different coloured flowers!. I decided to cancel my order, and now 7 months on and several emails and phonecalls later, I still have not had the refund i was promised. I wish i had seen these reviews before I ordered, Blooming Delightful was all help and smiles when i ordered but then nearer the date of delivery they were rude and hostile and made it clear they weren't particularly bothered at their mistake or that i wanted my money back.

I am amazed that after so many of these reviews, and other customers trying to get their money back through their credit card companies, that Blooming Delightful are still in business! I have never had such bad service in my life... oh and by the way, I eventually got my roses from a supermarket and they were fresh, beautiful and cheaper ;o)
