I have an income protection policy with Liverpool Victoria and have paid my premiums in good faith for many years. I then needed to claim following a spinal injury and could no longer work in my insured occupation. I have had a turbulent time with this insurance company. Eventually LV have terminated my legitimate insurance claim and employed some unethical means to do so, for example, bias Dr's and tampered evidence. I've provided many medical papers and specialist opinions favourable to my claim. They refuse to pay my claim but still expect me to continued payment of premiums. No options left open court action pending.
