The time for a cheque to be sent out is disgusting! Im currently on 12 weeks and still waiting. I am threatening E&L Insurance the with the Financial Ombudsman now, its that bad! They are very fast to take money but god-awful to send claim cheques out.
Dont expect much to happen fast!these are the WORST insurance company on the planet.
1* - More like -5* for service, speed and satisfaction to the customer. All reviews on this site are negative, so take that as gospel - these people are terrible to deal with!
