I have just arrived home from a cheap sun holidays 4 day break to Craig Tara, after reading all the bad reviews i was a bit disheartened about going, but overall me and my daughter had a lovely stay. We had a 3 bed standard caravan, ok it wasnt cleaned to my standards but fine for basic accommodation. Fun stars were great, lots of good shows, didnt try the food as went self catering, lots of activites for children, multi level swimming pool was good aswell we spent the whole afternoon there one day. Everything you need is on the site, i found the whole site clean and well maintained, i didnt like the whole amusements arcade but thats through personal choice. It is expensive on the site, so take plenty spending money but the holidayonly cost me £80 for 4 nights through the newspaper deal. There is extra things like bouncy castle, etc which is payable. Was also only around a 5 minute drive to lots of local activities and supermarkets in ayr aswell.
