I bought a car with a faulty arm rest, Arnold Clark said to take it back to the service dept, which is only open mon-fri. After 3 visits to repair centre, management refused to sanction repair, saying i broke it after i picked the car up, the salesperson denied the arm rest was faulty when bought.
