Don't be fooled by the cheap prices promising quality furniture. Like most things in life you get what you pay for. I ordered 2 pieces of matching furniture with a 4 to 6 week delivery. I received notification that the delivery was due to be received into their warehouse and would be contacted to arrange delivery. I was then telephoned by Furniture Today to say that the chest of drawers was out of stock and would take a further 4 weeks but could have the small chest. It just appeared on day and luckily a friend was staying.
I was then told it would be in stock after another 8 weeks. 10 weeks later I followed it up and was told nothing was happening with my order as the guy who took it had left! They arrange a Saturday morning delivery, it came in the afternoon and was stapped with brown tape, opening the box it was apparent the drawers were damaged. I had already sent a written complaint with no response and asked for full refund for the entire order... they can't do that as I had assembled the 1st piece. Saga continues and they still have my money.
