I applied for a YES loan, for £1000 to take my girlfriend on holiday for her birthday! I paid the arrangement fee of 69:50pound, and then decided that i dont want a loan because a family member helped me instead of paying the interest.

So... i tried to get my money back...(still havnt got it yet..) it's been about 50 days since i sent my letter in.. which you're supposed to get within 30 days (your money back..) which i haven't got yet. When i ring up i am on hold for about 50 mins, and they cut you of when u start saying whats the truth, reading within their terms and conditions.

This company is an absolute joke and i would never recommend them to anyone ever!!!! WORSE COMPANY EVER IN THIS WORLD...
