First Call GB ha thats a laugh it should be your last call......broke down on m5 sunday afternoon,,,,recovery came out what a joke,i was 293 miles away from my home, he droped me off at lakeside said ive got to make my own arrangments from there he took my car to the depot till monday( is what he said) never got to garage till tuesday so first call charged me for storage of trhe car for that day ,,,,they couldnt hire me a car to get home or they couldnt put me in a hotel or anything i had to pay first then send the reciept off to them (which i didnt have) just coming bk from a weekend away spent all my money,,,,had to get a friend to come pick me up i was stayin at there home till monday when i could get a hired car. get to the hired car place on monday they wanted a visa card which i didnt have took me 2 hours to fone around friends and family so they go give me there card details for me to give to the hire place,,first call was just usless and no help at all,,,,all they intrested in was money wouldnt recommend to anyone, this not finished yet am goin to complain to them get all my expensices back like flue i had to put bk in hired car,,and stress ,,, plus why they charged me for storage when there was no need for it cause the garage was open.
