Don't get it. Took them two weeks to switch our phone line on, and we were also told that they'd send a router. No router came, so we called them about it, and apparently they hadn't even sent one yet. They said it'd be here within 4 to 14 days, and that we'd also have to wait for something else.
We then found out that we'd only get up 512mbps, not 2mb like they'd said, so don't go with Sky, they're terrible, and I'm thinking of calling them again. We just switched from BT, which was horrible internet and often cut out, but Sky, in my opinion, is even worse. I'd rather go back with BT.
