I've used Bloomin Delightful lots of times with no problem until this week when i realised too late that i'd put the wrong number for the address, the postcode was correct though. I couldn't get through on the phone and the e mail link wasn't working either. By the time i made contact it was too late. they offered to resend the flowers for £8 but by this time i'd found all these adverse reviews and didn't want to take the risk. but hey! Thanks to our much maligned guys at Royal Mail the flowers were delivered this morning - 3 days late but in great condition. The postman had just asked a few people and found the person they were intended for. He was as pleased as she was.
