Is the a massive rip off..... got 05 scenic in April 2005.... was delivered with battered paint work which they blamed on me despite me not moving vehicle so decided to take them up on the 2 week return policy... They ignored this and despite phone calls and e-mails for the last year and a bit I have received NO response.... I have continued to pay £256 per month to British Credit Trust who Welcome Car Finance arranged finance with with as my problem is not with them!! The car was purchased blind but with the assurance of the 100 odd point vehicle check and 2 week return policy..... They wouldn't take car back and I have now spent in excess of £2500 on repairs that should not be needed (Electrics, exhaust, engine.. you name it) and it needs more.. Have told the finance company to take the car back!!! Works out that I'd be paying £15000 for a car that doesn't work!!
