I feel I must write this to give a necessary warning about Kiddicare.com. I am having my worst experience ever of customer service with this company and don't want other people to go through similar stress. They sent me a faulty Quinny Buzz 3 pushchair where the foam/cushioning was dented and sticking out. This would have caused serious discomfort to a baby. They are now dragging their feet about sorting out the refund, despite my statutory rights. One of the most important things you should bare in mind is they actively avoid contact by phone. They have actually put into writing to me that they dont communicated by phone and prefer to communicate solely by email and you cant get through on the phone if you try. Each time you email them through their contact form, you get an email saying they will get back to you in 24 hours. When you do get a reply, it's vague, resolves nothing and requires a further email to progress the situation. You are then back to square one waiting for a reply and some progress. They are trying to get me to take a replacement seat but they've taken so long to communicate the colour I want is now out of stock.

Incidentally, if you write a non-positive review on their website, it doesn't appear.

The courier they use will not give a flexible window of delivery time, stating they deliver/collect from 7am to 8pm. How useful is this to mums with children or people that work. Kiddicare have suggested I ask a neighbour to stay in all day. Not realistic. I just want to talk to someone on the phone, get the necessary information I need for the refund and arrange the collection. No such luck. They refuse to talk. It seems to me they are trying to delay the process and keep hold of people's money. I need a refund so I can buy a travel system for my baby for which the due date is getting ever closer.

Pregnancy can be a stressful time at the best of times. I could really do without the stress I am going through and I'm sure you would too.
