Im amazed where these people stayed. We came back thursday because we were so stressed that a holiday site could be so disgusting. Our chalet had blood and dirty everywhere, i complained yet nothing was done. The Pontins entertainment was so poor it was funny. We had beer and spent next day throwing up after 1 pint. Went to ask for can opener as our was broke and was told didnt have any oh my god. I had to strip every bed and wash it myself and ours were disgusting. Doesnt matter what level u stay u should get same
