Iberia is rubbish airline with old planes and poor service. I ordered a special meal and confirmed it prior to flight but they expressed no knowledge of it on plane and offered no alternative. The film system was antiquated (like an old bus with small shared screens and poor to zero sound quality.
The London leg on the flight was more like basic no frills airline which may be fine for a short trip but not ideal after you've been travelling for over 15 hours!
My travel agent booked my ticket with LAN as part of Codeshare but they deny responsibility as do Iberia as they say it is a LAN ticket ... needless to say LAN say complain to Iberia - absolute rubbish customer service. I doubled checked everything for my return flight and ... it was even worse. I complained on the plane and via the airlines helpful (!!!) websites and received no apology but only buck passing. I am writing to their CEO's so wish me luck.
Could I suggest you add a "No Star" field to your form to accurately reflect the quality of service.
