If you have problems with your phone you may as well talk to a brick wall. My phone developed a fault with keys not operating, they had it for 3 weeks to repair. When I got it back it wouldn't read the sim card, they then had it back for another 2 weeks, on return it still wouldn't read the sim card. They currently have it again for "repair". Update to follow. Through all of this the shop staff and customer services have been bordering on rude and surprisingly all say exactly the same thing, nothing is their fault, even though they created the 2nd problem.!!!! Don't go there!

    I found this review very helpful because its good that we spread the message about CPW and how bad and useless they are!!! Stay away from them!! They destroyed my credit rating
