I ordered two phones from Asda mobile and these should have been delivered the next day.Four days later I emailed and rang to find out what was happening. There was no email response but the customer service lady on the phone told me that it would be with me the next day or the day after. Two days later still no phones. I rang and was told that there was a problem with my bank and they would not release the money. I expressed annoyance that there was no communication about what was happening. After a heated discussion I asked for the order to be canceled. This was confirmed. I then checked with my bank and they told me that the money was available on the day that the phones were ordered and the problem was not theirs.
The next day I received an email saying that the phones had been dispatched.
The money was taken from my account. The company that operates Asda mobiles set new standards in incompetence. Not one to recommend
