I read the reviews on here and was a little apprehensive but placed my order anyway because the price was considerably less! I chose to pay cash on delivery that way if the bed never arrived i hadn't lost anything. I ordered a childs bunk bed last friday and it arrived today (a week later), not bad considering it was a bank holiday. The bed was supposed to arrive on Wednesday but i received a call saying the bed they picked up from the warehouse was damaged so they would get new stock on firday and deliver it then, fair enough.
I think it's good that instead of giving you a block time for delivery Best Choice Furniture Ltd say the driver will call an hour before arriving, that way you're not stuck in the house waiting and only need to make sure you're not more than an hour away yourself.
The driver was friendly and polite, carried all the boxes in carefully.
All in all a good service and good prices, free delivery a big bonus.
