I bought the LG Viewty KU990I phone mainly for the 5 megapixel camera but the pictures are very dissapointing, very grainy and the colours are very wishy washy altogether no better than my last phone which was 1.5 megapixels. The phone itself has a lot of features and the touch screen is quite good. The battery life is very poor lasting just over a day. The phone didn't come with any software, it apparently is on the website to download! However I could not get the correct software downloaded so I ordered a data cable with a software disc included, this did not work either as it is not compatible with vista. I then tried it on my husbands pc which has XP but got no further with that than I did on vista. I ended up having to buy a memory card reader and doing it that way.
