I had been hassled for approx 3 weeks before I found the time to talk with Unicom. I asked how long the whole thing would take and was told "5 mins". When I was finally read the Terms and Conditions I pulled them up on 3 main facts which were not explained clearly (inluding the length of contract) which I was told was only 1 year. They could not explain their errors and 40 mins later with them realizing I had them rumbled, they agreed to email the details to me. Needless to say, they never did put anything in writing. Please be warned that the phone call itself IS the start of your contract with them. I had a very lucky escape! If you sign up with this company you will be very sorry...just read the previous reviews for yourselves. They should be reported to the Trading Stamdards. Pity I couldn't proceed with this review without having to credit them with a star.
