A lesson well learned about impulse buys... always look for reviews before going ahead with the purchase. I bought a pair of cheap binoculars, not expecting much, but at least a complete pair would have been good. I received the box in good time and when I opened it the right lens fell off! Great! Called Scopes N Skies and received a code to send the binoculars back, which I duly did. The second pair were sent out very swiftly, but as I was back at work was not in to receive them, and had to collect from the delivery depot. On finally opening the second pair, they were broken in exactlty the same place! Very dissapointed and frustrated. Contacted the company to demand a refund and told them I was not going to spend any more money to send the pair back, and they can contact me to arrange a collection. I was told in no uncertain terms that they do not arrange this and I would have to send the pair back to claim a refund. I cannot be bothered for the amount of the binoculars. Don't use this company is my advice. If they can't be bothered to offer decent service for cheap items, it doesn't say much for them does it.
