My experience with Bedz R Us was awful. Their prices are OK: a tiny bit less than their competitors but that saving proved NOT to be worth it. Communication was poor. They didn't reply to emails and constantly made promises of delivery which in retrospect they clearly could not have expected to meet. They failed to return my calls despite promises to. They just fobbed me off over and over and gave me incorrect information about the status of my order and delivery. So I ended up waiting many, many weeks for a bed I sorely needed, was let down and misled. I would never use them again for any reason.
