Zara customer service absolutely awful. Three different sales girls at two branches were all rude and uphelpful. One even accused me of having stolen the number tag from changing room when in fact she had forgotten to give it to me in the first place. Another was completely unwilling to go to the store room to find the shoes in my size.
General atmosphere actually made me not want to make a purchase.
