Weatherseal are an AWFUL company to use! The salesman came to my house at 4.30pm and did not leave til 6.30pm, his pitch was pretty poor and he kept answering his mobile which was totally rude! We really needed the french doors installed so signed the agreement which he advised included the job being completed in no more than 4.5hrs, and if it were to take longer another team would be sent out to ensure it was done in the quickest time possible. It was also in the agreement that a radiator we had under out window would be moved an re-installed as it was currently in the place were the doors were going. Weatherseal would provide the plumber to do this the same day so not to inconvenience us.
The installation day arrived and the plumber refused to move the radiator as he had not been informed we had wooden flooring and would require to go under the floor and would come back the following week to do it which was very inconvenient. The man installing the doors then advised that he would be here all day doing the job! He arrived at 9am and did not leave until 4pm! And at that just before he left he advised me that someone would be out the following week to cement the outside! So a 4.5hrs job took approx 8 days to finish!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WEATHERSEAL and intend to take this further considering the manager has been refusing to contact us to talk about the situation!
