Ordered a pair of trainers from Sports Direct on 20th August, received an email to say that my order had been despatched 2 weeks later i am still waiting on my trainers being delivered. I emailed Customer Services as i could not find a phone number on website to chase up my order. I then managed to get a number for them but the person i spoke to hung up on me after i told him the situation, i then had a repy to my email but have no heard anything since. DHL have no been any help either and both companies have been nothing short of shocking in handling this matter. Definately NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
