Am I alone in finding the lack of stock and the layout of the Queens Road Brighton Jessops store unacceptable? Instead of having cameras and lenses on display in the window there are pictures of cameras and the display cases inside are usually 20% empty. We can understand that the company must minimise the stocks held but the reason for visiting a retailer is to be able to handle the camera.
The store ahs a centre island display which means that one person talking to an assistant and another making prints block off access to the counter, please change this layout ASAP.
Prices are also uncompetitive and they can no longer match other retailers prices. Sorry, but my Nikon D90 came from Argos wuth a £45 saving over the Jessops price.
