i was a member at a midlands branch of esporta , the place was rat infested!!when i complained to the chief opperating officer [who was on a visit to the club] about standards of cleanliness and the frankly shocking food and price rises he just walked off.
having said that i did find some of the staff helpful but clearly the club is understaffed ,the girls on reception were always friendly and helpful .
very poor experiance in general, world class gym lol jokers
