This is actually my 2nd review of this phone, but can't find a way to update the original....
..... I'm downgrading my review after a few months of use. It has now been back for repair twice, once for the common speaker issue and now for a cracked LCD screen. A Warning to all - NO DAMAGE TO LCD SCREENS IS COVERED BY WARRANTY. I think this is illegal so am fighting it, but at the end of the day I am very careful with my phones, there is not a scratch on it, but the screen apparently cracked internally. Reading online and this is very common. I have even heard of people being told to be careful when touching the screen - ON A TOUCH SCREEN PHONE!!!!!
Good features but VERY unreliable. I avoided Nokia for years because of reliability issues. Now I wish I had stuck by that.
