Finding, and then contacting the right executive recruiters or search firms

can take a lot of time, especially if you are already in a full-time position.



CVTrumpet (www.cvtrumpet.co.uk) helped me to connect with several executive recruitment firms and it only took me a few minutes. I used the premium (paid) service. With this, CVTrumpet forwards your CV (via email) directly to recruiters who cover your industry, function, location, salary etc. They have a large recruiter network (8,200) and your CV is sent to those recruiters that match your selections on the registration form.



There is some human involvement in the process as it was the next day when my CV was sent out to the matching recruiters. I was happy to receive many phone calls and emails from interested executive recruiters over the next week or so. One of the recruiter contacts got me a quality interview and I have another interview in the pipeline.



CVtrumpet is a responsive service that lived up to my expectations. I used the premium ExecutivePowerTrumpet (CV forwarding) service and took out some of the optional upgrades, which included the list of recruitment companies to which your CV is sent, and a set of covering and follow-up letters.
