I have just bought a car though BCT or so I thought and it would have been my second through them. I paid the dealer £1000 as a deposit to get the car up to standard as I thought the agreement was sety in stone. To my surprise I found out that it was not a done deal as explained over the phone and by letter, but had gone to the underwriters for it then to be declined when I was assured it would be fine. I am now £1000 out of pocket and now not sure if I still have a car.
