Made an application at the post office? to cut along story short its not a service it is a disgrace, waited near 2 months for the entire process to be in place and only yesterday got a paying in book? coulnt pay money in form of cheque in unless you have a paying in book

I cannot find a way of accessing my account on the INTERNET? anyone have any ideas, i called the head office five times and i was told that he would close my account down, amazing one is not allowed to have an opinion of what has gone wrong....reminds me a bit of easy jet check in ....if you state an inteligent opinion you are asked to step aside quote i wont be spoken to in this manner.

Shame some people have such an egg shell personality, anyway getting back to the post office account business....its a complete waste of time, just go to any high street bank the process is smoother quicker and they can and will accept your identification then an there on the spot, none of this going back and forth.

So can anyone say how you gain access to your on line account????
