The biggest and the best - Hmmmm - Although The spa itself is great except for the Bromine Rejeneration System ( Good thing for warrentys )
Customer Service absolutly is the worst anywhere in the world, If you did not buy a spa from your area your out of luck. If you need service, call between 800 and 830 or your out of luck a personal cell number?
So far because I know spas everything is working and im making it work wheather I add tablets or count on the regen system great, but $18245 for a Hot Tub and they droped it off and said good luck and goodbuy, most likely better service from fly by night companys. ALSO
Buying filters and Chemical ALWAYS A DIFFERENT PRICE whats up with that the Chemicals and service from another Spa Company has made the difference ok BUT the only thing is that Arctic Spas can Move the TEMP up to 42* and the others cant so in Canada thats the difference or defnatly be a different \spa.

Regen System Yuk but with a little riggen can work ok /
