Total disaster - I have naturally dark brown hair, but a few grey bits creeping in ... so I tried Clairol Nice'n Easy 121A. My hair is now Jet Black and I look like Alice Cooper! To be fair Clairol were quite helpful and volunteered to contribute to putting it right. Trouble is my hairdresser won't touch it as the only way out is chemical stripping and they don't want the responsibility. They have advised that I wash it with another medicated shampoo as they tend to fade hair colour quicker. If I am still not happy after a week the only way out is highlights to tone it down !
