I own the Redfern Eurostream Evolution Model 6399. If you want to avoid most the problems noted above, keep this in mind. DO NOT OVERFILL the iron. See product manual for refilling instructions. DO NOT USE CONTINUOUS STEAM, except for special purposes, like steaming a curtain. REMOVE SCALING every few months. Instructions in the product manual. IF THE FILLER CAP LEAKS STEAM, replace the black O RING. Spares are included in the packaging. Avoid dropping the iron. You will crack the housing.
