BT Homehub 2 is NOT the strongest around - it is weaker than my 5 year old Netgear one.

Their customer service is appalling. Always people in "India" (or somewhere exotic - they won't say where they are) People you talk to are enthusiastic enough - but difficult to understand and don't listen to what the problem is - just hear it to be what the have on their script. Escalation of a problem to someone who might actually understand is impossible (so far). No-one takes responsibility for sorting an issue - they just pass it on.

Bills are difficult to decipher.

Speed is poor and varies a lot from time to time of day (2.5 Meg at times and .9 Meg an hour later)

For that service it is lousy value for money.
