Had many doubts about going to a holiday park as we usually book a cottage. My fears were confirmed on arrival at devon cliffs. Check in was not were sign posted and although the staff were ok, I didn't appreciate having to fight our way, with two tired children, through a heaving amusment arcade full of pushy rude people, to a temporary check in area in a dining area. Then having to reverse the process to get back to the car, taking a second detour to pick up laundery from virtually where we'd started.
Camp site is huge, reasonably clean and maintained. In fairness to Haven the place is ruined by a large percentage of chavy idiots who have no concept of politeness, behaviour or responsibility.
Caravan was ok for our needs but we were greeted with the previous occupiers linen which only got collected the day before we left. Curtains were mouldy and equipment limited. For some reason my wife got bitten each night by something in our bed.
Cant comment on night entertainment as the thought of all those chavs was too off putting. Much of the day entertainment was unsuitable for our two small children and the mass of older kids trying to be hard, was a bit much to expect our two to compete with. The pool is ok although the pictures make it seem better and larger. One big grip is that the lockers are £1 for each time you open them... a total rip off.
Food on site is very much the fast food variety, is reasonable priced and good standard. But dont go be suprised to find idiots trying to queue jump or having to watch lots of fat overweight lard arses chomping threw piles of chips and nuggets and making no effort to clear their rubbish away into the clearly signed bins.
In a nutshell, a grim experience that we wont be going back to.

Centre Parcs say that is was due to refurbishment, I beleive it was due to labour costs at this quiet time of the year. Albeit still great choice in the eating department.
