i ordered a kitchen from rock solid kitchens,, in febuary this year,, it arrived in april,, missing parts,, units ,, every unit that i got was damaged,, the list of missing parts is so long if i wrote it all out u would be able to see it from space..best of it my kitchen fitter came next day to fit it ,,,,, only to tell me that the idiot sales man measured my kitchen wrong...so units had to be altered to fit..#
so i rang there customer service dept,,( joke dept) cause thats what there customer services are..got no where mysteroius fire at the warehouse, meant that they never answered their phones for a month,, although they would answer the buy a kitchen phone number during this time(funny)..so after being left i had to go to a very reputable company ,howdons kitchens, and buy what they had not supplied me with, which actully cost me close £2500 ... just to get my kitchen that i ordered....
be very careful of there cheap chinese appliances,, my hob came with lpg jets in it, so wasnt compatable, also the oven supplied went bang the first time i used it ,, and blew evevy fuse in my house.. have had a electrically enggineer out who told me that the appliance was not safe after testing it,, and gave a report on it which,, is all evidence i am taking to my small claims hearing...also the cheap mixer tap (which also the worng one) only lasted a week before splitting and causing a flood in my kitchen,, which in turn also ruined my laminate flooring.....
and the cheeky gits phoned me today to ask if i got everything.
september,,, mean i have been trying to get them to resolve this since it arrived in april...5 months it takes them to check if you get your kitchen.. needless to say the yung lady who phoned to ask,, got very tired of me listing al the faults and problems,, so i very much doubt i will hear form her again. also the 1 star u see here is negative
