Zenith Staybrite Windows didnt inform us at quote time that if you use their lifestyle account (finance with hitachi) that the interest starts from the day you sign the agreement (that day) not the day your installation is complete. I had to chase my order and there were a lot of 'mix ups'. Installers arrived and fitted window but had to come back as hadnt been informed that couldnt access one. Hing on window broke two days later. Wrong finace agreement was activated (more than quoted). Had to keep chaising the cancellation of this. Two weeks later went to leave my house and front door hanlde broke and couldnt get out of my house! Each time was told would get a call back i had to chaise and branch manager was in meetings all day. Funny that.
Would not recommend.
Will be writing to express my complaint.
