ok, so I had a look on acouple of websites dealing with Virgin Active Health. reviews or compaints(more to say) and all I can see is that this is the way these people make money out of us. I mean who expect such reputable name such as VIRGIN to come up with hidden contract details? To be honest, I didn't read mine throughly, but was sure that all there is to know about my type of contract, the membership consultant explained to me already. After all, he is there to make the experience easier for you, to help you and not to confuse you or mislead you even. how wrong was I? Now I have to pay 3 months of not using the gym.
