Phone did not arrive when arranged - was 2 days late - and I wasn't informed of this until the last minute. This meant having to stay in yet another day.Sim not registered with Vodafone until nearly 3 weeks later due to Dialaphone not passing details to Vodafone.Despite canceling free insurance within 30 day period via the facility on their website, their insurance co.took a month's premium claiming they are 'a separate company' and have to be informed separately. All calls to customer services unsuccessful as this is automated and it is impossible to speak to a human being!Would have given cust services zero if possible.
