In spite of having read the reviews here we went ahead and ordered from Appliancesonline, the reason being they were the cheapest and we had plenty of time to wait for delivery. The good arrived in good condition but the three items were deliverd seperately at approximately one week two weeks and and four weeks after the order being accepted. Many phone calls were made and many promises. To be honest we weren't that bothered because we had ordered plenty of time in advance of needing the good. However, had we been waiting with an empty kitchen waiting for the items to arrive, we would have been pretty narked. While waiting we received three additional calls from another dept in the firm pushing insurance cover.
