Having been with stream line.net since 2005 I had been quite happy with their service until now.
Most recently they suspended my account as my card details had expired. I tried calling their customer services to renew my account on a lower package (they were charging £137 for a two year unlimited user account), I was informed that I could not do this until I had payed the existing invoice, after reading the reviews here I am not confident that I will be able to downgrade my package and get my money back so i will be looking to host my website elsewhere from now on.
Beware customer service to existing customers is non-existant!!
