Absolutely useless. Waited all day for a parcel from Interlink Express Courier Service. Using the parcel tracker, discovered that Interlink claimed to have attempted a delivery but been unable to enter the carpark at the property, and so took the parcel back to the depot, leaving a card. Despite the claims of the online parcel tracking system, no card was left. If they even attempted to deliver the parcel the driver made no attempt to contact the property to deliver the parcel. Had to look up the number of the local depot and ring to complain. Staff were unhelpful. Terrible service. Unfortunately the rating system does not allow me to rank them 0/5.
