We purchased a bugaboo pram from John Lewis, so far we have had a new under basket, a new Chassis, 4 new wheels. As they are the main components of the product i am surprised that JL will no longer cover any of the components under warranty.
To date across the board I have found the staff in the Kingston branch rude and unhelpful, this is different than the service that you receive in Cheadle.
I will no longer be spending my money with JL Kingston.
I would like to have known that the after service on the product was not as comprehensive as the smaller outlets that you can purchase Bugaboo from.
