Worst hairdressing experience of my life!

Where to start, the staff were rude and generally unpleasant apart from the lovely receptionist who seemed to genuinely want to help. I arrived to find that my appointment had been schedueled for the wrong day (a day I was not able to make) after waiting some time they found one of the male sytlists who said that he would do my hair although did not want to do it as I asked because he just did not have time. I had a picture of the colour I wanted, which he talked me out of and we agreed on a light blonde colour to tone down my highlights which were a touch bright. Once the dye was on i expressed a worry that it seemed very dark, he assured me it would be lighter once it was washed off. I sat there with the dye on for however long it took and had to ask someone for a magazine and was told to get one myself!! After getting up and getting one I was eventually offered a drink. Finally a rather moody employee washed off my dye before leaving me to sit with wet hair for 20 minutes waiting for a stylist, no one told me what was happening or how long it would be. When the stylist arrived she did do a very nice cut however the colour was completely wrong, a washed out brown not the ash blonde that I had asked for. After I told the stylist the colourist came over and I found him to very agressive and he did not listen to me at all instead he talked over me. After paying and asking to use the toilet I then had the pleasure of listening to the colourist talk about me while i was in there washing my hands.
Not quiet sure how this salon won best salon - I would never go there again and I certainly would not recommend anyone else to.
Not only are they rude but the staff looked genuinely bored and unhappy to be there, hardly the vibey friendly salon environment I am used to.
NEVER AGAIN
