I bought this kettle at Easter. It drips water after each use so I have to constantly wipe the kitchen top. The water never was very hot but now after just a few months of use, the water is actually only tepid, therefore I have to heat the tea in the microwave for 30 seconds each time.
I paid £55 for this in tesco. It is definitely not worth that!
I have just emailed Tefal customer service and will wait to see what happens there. I'm hoping that the customer service will be good to make up for the terrible product!!
Saying all that, my friend has exactly the same product which has not caused any problems, so maybe I just have a dud one!
